In addition to the classic spare parts books, we offer our customers a clearly structured digital online spare parts service for their Olimac DRAGO corn- and sunflower heads. With this state-of-the-art technology, Olimac DRAGO users can easily and quickly identify needed Olimac spare part numbers and send their part request directly to us or their local Olimac DRAGO dealer.

SPARE PARTS ON DEMAND
Our goal is to provide all Olimac customers with spare part availability for their harvesting heads at all times. Our main spare parts stock for Europe is located in Southern Germany. There, sufficient parts are always kept on stock. In addition, we operate various external warehouses together with our dealers and importers. Parts can be picked up at any time or ordered for shipping.
EMERGENCY HARVEST SERVICE
During harvest season an emergency service is provided. During that time we are also available on weekends and holidays and spare parts can be picked up all around the clock. Parts get sent out on the same day as ordered and will be delivered to you the next morning by overnight express.
